Preamble

Whereas, a new democratic system is sought, one which ensures equal participation for all genders, individuals, and humans, devoid of centralized leadership;

Whereas, the Global Commons endeavors to advocate for and implement such a system on a global scale, with its fundamental objective being the empowerment of all individuals to engage in discourse and actions aimed at establishing and upholding a governance model that prioritizes equality and participatory decision-making;

Whereas, the ethos of Global Commons is rooted in inclusivity, affirming that in the new enlightened community, there is no place for religious leaders and religious workers in societal discourse and norm-shaping processes. Furthermore, the reform of societal control mechanisms is encouraged to prioritize simplicity and accessibility in communication;

Whereas, Global Commons defines society as a concept centered around language, emphasizing the importance of linguistic accessibility and comprehension in idea exchanges;

Whereas, the formulation and refinement of principles and regulations within Global Commons are regarded as ongoing processes, with laws categorized into two distinct types:

  1. Foundational Laws: These are fundamental statutes requiring unanimous approval from all members for amendment, excluding language-based communities, and considering all members globally;

  2. Flexible Laws: These laws are subject to amendment with a 90% majority vote from all members globally, excluding language-based communities.
